How it works
Your every day support system for long lasting success to a healthier lifestyle.
1. You sign up for the next available client spot. Then you will fill out the intake form, we schedule our 30 min video call to go through everything together. Then we will set up the goals and you will receive your new program.
2. You will start with a 2 week kickstart program to get rid of old habits in order to prepare for the new. We will find new and better food habits, lifestyle habits as well as stress habits that will suit your day to day lifestyle situation.
We check in together every day, and you will have full access to me through direct message should you need to ask questions or find yourself struggling.
3. Once you finish your first month you have the option to continue on a monthly basis until you feel ready to go on your own. Once you feel that you've reached your desired goals and ready to do this on your own, you have the option to join Maintain the lifestyle program. This is designed for anyone who feels ready to take on this new lifestyle on your own yet you want that extra support. You continue on your own but I still check in with you once a day to cheer you on making sure that you managed your day and your exercise, and we do your weight in once a week.
My programs are designed for you to have your very own support system to eventually be able to manage on your own for a long lasting, healthy lifestyle.
