This is a healthier christmas candy since we don´t eat refined sugar, gluten or any dairy this recipe is perfect. 

Coconut & Saffron bites

You need: 

4 dl soaked cashews

4 table spoons agave 

4 table spoons almond flour

1 table spoon coconut flour

1 g saffron 

3 dl shredded coconut 

Mix everything in a food processor. Roll into small balls and then roll them in shredded coconut or the topping you prefer. Keep in the fridge. 

Detta är ett nyttigare jul godis då vi inte äter processat socker, gluten eller mejeri så passar detta receptet perfekt. 

Du behöver: 

4 dl blötlagda cashews

4 matskedar agave

4 matskedar mandel mjöl

1 matsked kokos mjöl

1 g saffran

3 dl riven kokos. 

Kör allt i en matberedare. Rulla till små bollar, rulla dem sedan i riven kokos eller den toppingen du vill ha. Förvara dem i kylen.
