Detox smoothie

I've never been a huge fan of eating a lot early in the morning. Therefore I normally just have a juice or a smoothie before my workout.


This Detox smoothie is healthy and filling and will only take you a few minutes to prepare. You can even make it in the evening before so it's ready to grab n go the next morning if you want to even save yourself some more time.




What you'll need:

Half banana

Handful of blueberries

2 tbs chia seeds

Handful of spinach

Cup of almond milk

Some water


This is smoothie is filling, free from unnecessary ingredients and perfect on the go.

Have it as a lighter breakfast or as a snack.


Tips: If you want some extra protein why not add some plant based protein powder.

We use THIS natural hemp protein at the moment and enjoy it since it's very easy for my body

to absorb and it doesn't have a super strong taste or flavor that interrupt the taste of the

other ingredients. It also contain many great amino acids that my body needs to stay lean and strong. I use it every now and then when I want a little bit of extra protein with my smoothie.


Instructions:

Blend everything together in a blender and enjoy!
