Keep your hair healthy and strong

We all wish for long and healthy hair isn't it. But truth is, for our hair to stay healthy and strong it is important to give our bodies the right nutrients for it to grow and stay strong for long. I can tell right away when my hair is missing something. Then it starts to get frizzy and it is harder to brush it out.

If having hormonal imbalances could also make us loose a lot of hair and therefore it could become thinner and more fragile. Hormonal imbalances are usually caused because we are missing certain minerals or vitamins that works together in a very synchronized and complex way.

Some very important vitamins for a healthy and strong hair:

B - vitamins

Vitamin- D

Vitamin - E

If you want to be sure of exactly what minerals or vitamins your body are missing, you can always do a Hair mineral analysis. We offer these ones at our Swedish clinic.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you want to know more about it.

If you decide on getting supplements, always make sure to chose a clean supplement free from chemicals, fillers and binders. Remember that supplements can be a great support and compliment together with a healthy lifestyle. However it is important that supplements are clean and of good quality, otherwise it could be more harmful than beneficial for the body.

It is also important to protect your hair if you are exposing it to styling products, drying it with a hair dryer or styling it often with a curling iron. Then make sure to protect it with a oil or serum and cove your hair from time to time in strong sun so it doesn't get damaged.

Also always make sure that your shampoo and conditioner is as natural as possible and free from damaging chemicals that could harm the hair and the health in the long run.
